How to add and use reason codes

The admin of an account has the ability to add 'reason codes' which will allow teams to record the reason behind purchasing the Huggg, or perhaps the budget used towards it - e.g. Household Support Fund (HSF).

How do to add reason codes to your account:

1. Head over to the account icon in the top right-hand of your screen.
2. Click on 'My Account'.
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll down to 'Reason Codes'.
4. Add a new reason code, click 'Save' and you'll see them show as a tag. 
5. Once you've added your reason codes, please decide whether you'd like to apply to your team and/or subteam(s). 
   
   
   
   
   

To apply to reason codes when purchasing, your team will be prompted to select one during the 'Checkout' stage of the purchase (see below).
