Still not there? Email support@huggg.me with the details of the date and size of transaction, presenting visual evidence of the debit from your bank account please so that we can investigate (please also include your HG reference if you realise that this hasn't been included with your payment details).

CHAPS/Faster payments: Same day
If this amount of time has elapsed and we haven't topped you up, please email us at support@huggg.me, or jump onto our live chat. It may be that no HG reference number/an incorrect HG reference number was included in the transfer, meaning we were unable to identify the correct account to top up.
