To purchase vouchers you will first need to load up credit into your Huggg account's wallet. From this wallet you can then use the platform to buy and send vouchers.
You can only top up by card or bank transfer. It is not possible to top up your account or purchase vouchers in any other way.
Card payments
- Head over to your ‘Payments' page.

Optional: Enter a reason code, for your internal tracking.
- Scroll down to 'Top up account'.
- Tick 'By card'.
- Enter top up amount.
- Enter card details (or scroll up and select a stored card).
- Hit 'Top Up.' If payment is successful, you'll see the funds enter your account automatically.
- You can now head over to the 'Shop' page and purchase vouchers. The amount will be deducted from your total balance.
Bank transfer
- Head over to your ‘Payments' page.

Optional: Enter a reason code, for your internal tracking.
- Scroll down to ‘Top up account’.
- Tick ‘By bank transfer’ (see below).
- Enter top up amount.
- Hit 'Email remittance advice'.
Please note:
CHAPS bank transfers will arrive on the same day.
BACS bank transfers will take 3-5 working days to arrive.

Once we receive the bank transfer, your Huggg account will be topped up.
- You can then head over to the 'Shop' page and purchase vouchers. The amount will be deducted from your total balance.
