Can a recipient change their supermarket brand selection?

Once a supermarket has been chosen, a payment is made to the store and this cannot be reversed. As such, we are unable to switch the voucher to a different supermarket.

We do provide on-screen information during the redemption process to try and make this as clear as possible.
