- Check the spam and bin folders in your email, and search for the word Huggg (with 3 G's)
- Check that your inbox didn't group multiple identical emails into one. Gmail sometimes does this and so you'd find a second/third etc. by scrolling down inside the email you received.
- If you are expecting more vouchers, please contact the sender to ask if/when you should expect them.
- If you received none at all, please contact the sender (school, local authority or charitable organisation etc) to enquire if they've been sent out yet.
