How do I find out if a recipient has spent a voucher?

Once a supermarket brand is chosen, the voucher is considered 'redeemed' and our tracking ends.

1. Head over to your 'Voucher History' page (left hand tab).

2. Find the relevant order.

3. Scroll across to the right, you'll see the 'Redemptions' status.

4. You will see a coloured wheel to represent redemption statuses of all of the links within that order.

Green - Redeemed
Red - Cancelled
Blue - Expired




Alternatively, you can check the redemption status of a specific Huggg link by clicking into the order.
