- The highest denomination available for purchase will be £100. Please contact disbursements@huggg.me if you require a higher amount.
- Top-ups or cash advances can be processed in store only.
- It takes 2 working days for the Post Office barcode to become attached to the voucher at the point of redemption. Please do bear this in mind if the circumstances are time-sensitive.
- Links cannot be cancelled once the status changes to either 'Fetched' or 'Redeemed'.
- Once a recipient claims the voucher, it will be available for 3 months before expiry.
- Recipients need to ensure that they have enough free credit space on their account before heading to a Post Office branch to redeem the energy top-up, as the voucher will fail if they do not.
- The voucher cannot be split across multiple transactions. The recipient can apply the balance (to both electricity and gas top-ups for example) within one store visit. They cannot claim parts of the balance across multiple store visits.
