If a recipient gets in touch to advise that their voucher is displaying an error message such as: 'Processors are busy. Please try again in 10 minutes', you can check our Status page here to look for any logged incidents and track their progression.

These incidents are usually resolved on the same day however, we cannot guarantee this for every outage. We'll always work closely with our provider to ensure the quickest possible resolution.
